The Astro-Video Gallery of BSAC Club President Mark Paulson

This video is of the May 20, 2012 Annular Solar Eclipse.

It was shot from Agua Canyon Overlook in Bryce Canyon National Park, at an elevation of 8800 feet.

The video is a little over 19 minutes long (greatly speeded up from its 2-hour 9-minute original length). The beautiful background music for the video was graciously provided by the group "2002".

The ending is particularly nice, as the Sun is setting behind a treed hillside in the distance, just as the eclipse coming to its end.

The time stamps that appear periodically at the bottom of the screen represent the number of minutes (or hours and minutes) that have elapsed since "First Contact" at 6:25:13 PM on May 20, 2012.
